I am writing this letter to express my sincerest gratitude towards you for your outstanding care during my visit to the emergency room. The emergency room was quite busy that day and I was appalled at the actions and comments overheard by some of the other patients. They were outright discourteous and rude to you bordering on prejudicial. Please accept my apologies for their behavior. Even under the stress they caused, you continued to perform your duties in a professional manner - for that, I am truly grateful. You are a credit to your profession and to the hospital.
