Sue is truly a leader on 4SE. She is an excellent charge RN and dialysis preceptor. She is always calm and pleasant, has excellent communication skills, and does everything she can to make sure that patients are well cared for and the staff is supported.

Sue is extremely caring, attentive, timely, organized, efficient and positive. She even makes the exceptionally busy dayswhen she has a patient assignment, or when she is in charge of the unit, or especially when working with a demanding dialysis schedulego smoothly.

She is very helpful and a joy to work with!
