Ms. Yuriko goes above and beyond all five of these mission statements. She has helped me immensely in so many ways. Her Kindness is unmatched. She is more than just a credit to the nursing profession she is a DIAMOND.
***
She is always happy and every time I talk with her she makes me laugh or smile. She is always helpful if I need anything.
***
She helps me get things and directs my wheel chair without question.
***
When needed in a time of personal need she went beyond her duty with every aspect of her job. She has knowledge of what to do in every situation. I am personally happy she has helped me with everything.
***
Yuriko Nelson serves all veterans equally and finds the resources they need for quality of life. Ms. Nelson also utilizes all means at her disposal to accommodate veterans in the short time period she has and continues with her duties. She should be rewarded for her efforts in all phases of her service to Vets.
***
Nurse Yuriko was an essential part of my recovery while staying in the domiciliary. I know I can come to her with any problems I may come across and have someone to talk to. There were times I wanted to end my treatment and leave the Dom but she talked to me and convinced me to take some time to think. I am very thankful for Yuriko and her care for me and my recovery.
***
She is a superwoman who goes beyond her duties to help every veteran. She is always on the go full speed ahead of everyone to get things done.
***
When me and my roommate got a bed bug she helped bag our clothing to be washed and got a hold of the exterminator and they sprayed and we got our room back in 1 day. She goes beyond the duty of nursing and staff.
***
Nurse Yuriko helped me with my recovery by caring for my needs and made my stay in the DOM very comfortable and pleasant. She also helped me by making sure I was given every opportunity to be treated fairly among my peers and the Veteran's hospital. I will never forget what she has done for me.
***
Always follows the program with the utmost integrity. Her commitment to her job is second to none even on a bad day. Always lets the Vets know what's going on and tells us any new things. She always has total respect for the Vets. She is the model of excellence and we need more like her.
***
All the nurses are nice here but Yuriko is kind and shows a little more respect. She listens to us!
***
Yuriko does the "I care principles" every day. If you need anything she strives to help and always follows through. Yuriko holds respect for me and I see this every day. She is and will continue to be the best nurse I have ever had. She is amazing!
