I was a patient several times here at Baystate. But this time was a different experience in a great way. My nurse was very consoling towards me and said I had such a big heart. I hugged her so tightly, and she reminded me that I am an honest and caring person. I told her I had my parents to thank. She said that I was wonderful. My nurse made me feel so wanted and warm inside. She and I made a connection that only she and I could make! We laughed, we talked. We are so compatible in the aspect of a patient-nurse relationship. She will never forget me, and I will never forget her! She is one of a kind and so am I. Thank you, Yuxian.
