Yuyun
As a fellow Critical Care nurse in the ICU and a Patient-in-Charge (PIC), I have had the privilege of working alongside Yuyun and witnessing firsthand the extraordinary care she provides to her patients and their families.
Yuyun is a compassionate, meticulous, and highly responsible nurse who consistently demonstrates excellence in critical care. She approaches every patient with empathy and treats every family with patience and respect, even during the most emotionally challenging situations.
Families in the ICU are often overwhelmed with fear, sadness, frustration, and uncertainty. Despite these difficult emotions, Yuyun communicates with remarkable calmness and professionalism. She listens without judgment, responds with compassion, and never allows emotions to interfere with the quality of care she provides. Even when caring for patients and families with many questions and requests, she remains patient, understanding, and focused on meeting their needs.
Yuyun's ability to balance clinical excellence with genuine compassion makes her an exceptional ICU nurse and an invaluable member of our team.

It was the scariest day for me and my family. My mother suddenly experienced decreased consciousness and seizures. We rushed her to the Emergency Department at SHBJ, where she was later admitted to the ICU for 14 days.
During her hospitalization, Nurse Yuyun was one of the ICU nurses who consistently cared for my mother. She was always present, providing attentive, compassionate care while treating my mother with patience and dignity.
What stood out most was the way Yuyun communicated with our family. Every day, she patiently explained my mother's condition, answered our questions, and helped us understand what was happening. Her kindness and willingness to keep us informed brought comfort during an incredibly frightening time.
It was evident that Nurse Yuyun truly works from the heart.
Day by day, my mother's condition improved, and by God's grace, her physician eventually allowed her to return home. Seeing our mother's smile again became a source of hope and encouragement for our entire family.
We are deeply grateful to Nurse Yuyun and to every member of my mother's healthcare team, including the specialists, general practitioners, ICU nurses, inpatient nurses, and everyone else who contributed to her recovery.
