My son had surgery and was admitted to the PICU. This nurse stood out to me due to her positive presence. She showed that she cared about my son and me. She constantly checked up on us, communicated well with me regarding his meds. She was so polite and sweet. As a pediatric nurse myself, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the way she provided care for my child and the way she interacted with me and my husband.
