Yvette Alonso, BSN

Yvette Alonso goes above and beyond to ensure the staff and patients are safe under her care. She has identified "problem" patients and moved them to appropriate wings where other patients are not as vulnerable. As a newer employee, I have found Yvette to be very welcoming and nice. During the short period of time I have worked with Yvette, she has continually exhibited compassion, empathy, and kindness during every interaction with patients, peers, and providers. She is a good example of an incredible nurse. I am fortunate to work with Yvette almost every night. She's super helpful and always brings the best snacks to the overnight team. The roles that we all play make this place run as smoothly as it does and enable us to provide the most compassionate care possible to our patient population.
