Yvette went above and beyond the call of duty to help while I was a patient. I was feeling very confused by all the information I was bombarded with by multiple departments. Yvette sensed this and would quietly stand by and listen to what I was being told and then tried to see if she could get someone to help. Eventually when she was also not having any success doing this for me, she caught up with a social worker. As soon as the SW became involved, she went straight to work explained to all the doctors working on my case, that I need a more comprehensive communication. That happened with 24hours and all was straightened out.

Yvette went above and beyond to ensure my mother received her pain medication that would work for her. My mother is unable to take most pain medication. Yvette contacted the Pain Management team multiple times to get correct medication ordered. Thank you for all your superior care and compassion.

Yvette is a compassionate nurse exemplifying sensitivity to all patient. She is always caring, detail oriented, and an organized person. Yvette is a successful nurse being able to comfort and support people who are ill or scared being hospitalized. She is a valuable member of our healthcare professional interdisciplinary team.
