Yvette consistently provides excellent and compassionate patient care. However, she recently went above and beyond. She took care of a young boy who left his favorite Spider-Man toy here when he was discharged. The boy was from far out of town and despite repeated attempts by Yvette to reach his family by phone, we were unable to get his toy back to him. Yvette packaged the toy and at her own expense mailed the Spider-Man toy back to the little boy (in Pennsylvania)/ Yvette shows this kind of compassion and commitment to her patients every day.
