I had a cryo and heat ablation. It was a four-hour surgery. From the minute I walked into outpatient and was brought to my room, I was treated so kindly. I was so scared and nervous, but I had a group of nurses that were like angels taking care of me. There was one nurse I need to talk about, that truly I will never forget and reminded me of my mom.
Yvonne was my angel from the beginning to the end and the most caring and loving nurse I ever met. She hugged me and gave me a kiss on the forehead when I started crying, told me, "I'm going to be right by your side for all of this." She hugged me again before walking me into the operating room and said, "It's okay, you are going to be okay sweetheart."
Finally, as the anesthesiologist was administering the drugs, Yvonne hugged and held onto me before I went into my twilight sleep. I woke up a couple of times during my procedure, but I wasn't scared as I heard you are okay sweetheart. Yvonne, you are amazing, and I'm so blessed and grateful you were with me.
