Yvonne took her time to make my mother not only comfortable but convinced her all was well. Yvonne took the time to check out even the smallest things regarding my mother, explaining everything in detail so that I could understand what was going on with my mom and what and why the reasons of her care.

Yvonne Lynn has shown me that not only are things better at Winter Haven Hospital, but that I would choose to bring her back here for her care first.
