My father-in-law received outpatient services from Zac at Rush Copley in Aurora, Illinois. It was obvious from the moment he brought my father-in-law back into his room that he was not only an expert in the field, but he provided a bedside manner that was second to none.
Providing health care is foreign to me, but providing others with an education is not. As a teacher, we strive to be credible in the eyes of our students. Credibility is built by not only being competent, but also by being trustworthy, dynamic, and immediate. Zac demonstrated it all.

I absolutely adore my father-in-law, but he is not the easiest patient. The truth is, he lost his beloved wife of over 50 years a couple of years ago, and he has not been the same. Getting him to Rush Copley to have this procedure was a struggle. Zac did not hold back, and he presented information in a way that motivated him to be better.

Zac is beyond credible in the eyes of my family. We thank Zac and are grateful for his tireless efforts.
