From the time Zach came in and introduced himself with a smile, until the time I was released, I was so impressed with his kindness and his ability to keep his composure during so many stressful situations. He was very informative about my procedures, medications, etc. I've been to several different hospitals and this fine young man has set such a respectful and professional example that others could learn and benefit from!
