I have had the pleasure of working with Zach since about May of last year. I started the Living Donor Journey then and he has been with me the whole time as my nurse coordinator. Zach was personable and someone who made me feel very comfortable. Throughout the year, any question I had, no matter how small, he made sure he addressed it fully for me. I never had to wait more than a day for him to reply to my messages, and he ALWAYS followed up when he said he would. Giving up an organ isn’t a small task, and Zach handled it, and me with grace and compassion. I honestly don’t think I would have been able to get through the process without an extreme amount of stress had it not been for him. I know I told him more than once how much I appreciated him through the Journey, but I wanted to call it out loud here for others to see. Zach is amazing and my words will never cover how much I appreciated him in the process.. 10 out of 10, would recommend Zach!
