Recently, there was an issue with a violent patient. There were two nursing Directors on the scene. This happened in the hallway during a holiday. Many people walked on by, many people kept a safe distance from the Directors and this imposing man. Zac was right there. He was not going to see these Directors injured. He stayed and watchfully protected them until the police arrived. The Directors were very comforted by his presence, but also very upset that so many others were willing to look the other way.
I cannot think of a more thoughtful and considerate young man. Zac mentors all of us in the best way to be a human being.
