Zac was such an amazing nurse! He went above and beyond all my expectations. He made me very comfortable while I was in the emergency room and helped me with everything I needed assistance with. (Like turning on the TV/changing the channel/adjusting the volume/taking his time with putting in an I.V./explaining everything as it was going on/listening to my every concern). Zac just understood everything and didn't make me feel like I was just one of those patients. Many thanks to Zac, and I pray to have him or others like him - in the future in the event I need to come back to the ER.
