Zak went the extra mile for me. He took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. He showed the utmost respect and never made me feel embarrassed for being the opposite sex. I can tell they are all busy, this is a busy hospital but he always answered all of my calls immediately. He was very thorough in his job which was so important to me. He has magical powers, they all do. I can be sitting there wishing I had ice and all of a sudden he shows up with ice! Thank you, Zak!
