I received my second Chemo infusion, and after being discharged and a mile down the road, I realized they had forgotten to give me the Neulasta Pod. I traveled back to the facility at nearly closing time, and Zachary took matters right into his hands, even though I was not even his patient. He could see we were very upset and knew we had been at the facility over 10 hours that day already and that the pharmacy had left it out of my regimen of chemo.

He called around and spoke to a lot of people, and even realized and explained to them that we were two hours away from home. He managed to get me added back to the system and applied the pod. This prevented me from traveling back the next day, and he could have easily turned me away and told me to call the doctor or that he couldn't help. He went above and beyond and got everything we needed and smoothed out the whole situation. He is a winner.
