What a sweet guy, who is very understanding and helpful. He went out of his way to make me feel better. When I felt that I was dying, he promised that I wasn’t and gave me a hug to comfort me. He also grabbed Oreos for me, which was very kind.

Zack makes me feel at home, and that is how I know I am receiving the best care and that I will be fine. He was always helping me feel my best and even put up my long hair when it was in the way.

Thanks for giving me the confidence to continue living. I was very scared and cried for hours before I came in. I have never felt so close to death, and I was not ready to go yet! Thank you, Zack, for your patience and understanding! I will miss you.
