My first night at Craig, Zach was my nurse. I was in a strange place, away from my family and had just encountered a life-changing medical emergency. Zach was kind, responsive and just knew how to calm me. He knew how to communicate the right amount of information to me the right way. I always looked forward to Zach being my nurse. After giving me my nightly meds he would always spend 5 minutes to talk to me about anything on my mind. He truly made my stay here at Craig a better one!
