Let me tell you about a nurse. I know a nurse, whom I was excited to return to Encompass, after time away, because I knew the quality of care he provides to patients. A nurse who treats all patients, not just those assigned to his hall. A nurse who sees me looking confused and asks if I need help. A nurse who collaborates and takes interdisciplinary communication seriously. And a nurse who can get blood from even the hardest patient to stick. Thank you for all you do.
