Zach is the exemplary representation of an RN. From the moment he enters the room with an ear-to-ear smile and charismatic personality, always providing on time patient medication and care, which is difficult with 6 patients, well organized, and obviously is well-versed in his profession. He always goes the extra mile for his patients, something that is difficult in nursing. Every time he walked in the room, it was a ray of sunshine. It was a great pleasure to have had him as my RN and to have met him as a person. His performance as an RN was beyond extraordinary!

I would like to recognize Zachary Rosenberg for the outstanding, compassionate care he provides to every patient. Not only does he go above and beyond, but his attentiveness to the slightest changes in patients' conditions. He never hesitates to investigate further to ensure the safety of his patients.

His patients genuinely love him because he takes the time to listen because he takes the time to listen, connect, and treat them with kindness and dignity. He is also an incredible team player, who always offers help to the CNA staff and his fellow nurses without hesitation. His presence on the unit makes everyone's day better, and his attention to patient care truly stands out.
