I woke up in an unpleasant mood. I was not being my best self and I took out my frustrations on Zach. During this time, Zach remained calm and patient. He did not get upset and he was very professional the entire time. I later apologized to Zach for my bad behavior. Zach has been consistent in his care for me. He has made sure that I was well taken care of and he has helped me with anything that I needed during my stay. I feel like Zach is a DAISY Nurse because he is a great example of a truly caring and compassionate nurse.

I have had eight IVs in the 2 weeks that I've been in the hospital. Zach found a way to help save the 8th IV so the motion detector would no longer go off every few minutes. More importantly, he has been so attentive, always assuring that I walk at least 3 times/day no matter how busy it got on the floor. He always treats me as though I am the most important person he needs to attend to at all times.
