Zachary Sluss is a perfect combination of compassion and professionalism! Zachary is thorough, knowledgeable and explains things in practical terms for patient understanding. He has a sense of what it's like to be a patient always makes sure I have my urinal, phone, remote, and call light before he leaves the room. He gave a report on me and knew what was a priority, he was very organized and has a keen sense of detail. I don't think he is aware of how good an RN he is. Zachary would be too humble to recognize it! I don't have to wait for anything, Zachary is very prompt. Take care of him!
