Both my parents were in Aspirus at the same time, and both benefitted from Zach’s care. My father spent the end of his time there, and my mother was there to recover from a fall and medication issues. Zach sat with my father 1:1 and took my calls with compassion. I was far away and relied on him to keep my connections with my parents. He treated each of them with the utmost respect and care, treating them as real individuals. When I arrived in town after my father already passed, I met Zach as he was caring for my mother. As on the phone, in person, he was in the moment and fully engaged during each interaction.
