Zadie Van Ermen, RN

Ms. Zadie was so helpful and kind when working with my mother. She was very busy on the floor helping patients and assisting the other nursing staff. During my mother's walking test, she came behind with a wheelchair and helped to guide her when it was time for her to take breaks based on her oxygen levels. She was genuinely concerned and was very knowledgeable, explaining why we were stopping and what was happening without creating fear. She led with experience and built great trust with my mom!

We are so grateful for her skillful and compassionate care.
