Zaida is an exceptional nurse. We have called Zaida a million times to start IVs and draw blood after multiple failed attempts. She is helpful to us in the emergency room and pediatrics, wherever we need it. She responds to codes and is always willing to and is there for you. She is truly a team player. She never says "NO". She has helped with blood draws and nasogastric tube placement. She has excellent skills, is always pleasant, smiling, and is loved by everyone.
