Zainab was nominated by a patient who is a university student in Saudi Arabia. The female patient had an accident while in Saudi Arabia which cause her to be admitted with a hip fracture, she was in severe pain with no family or relatives around to take care of her. According to the patient, Zainab was a source of comfort for her until her family was able to escort her after a few days in the hospital.
