Nurse Bah has been amazing during my stay. She's understanding, caring, and truly compassionate. Nurse Bah has been by my side ever since I arrived on her floor. Actually, to be honest, she is sitting outside my door right now. This morning, I was in excruciating pain with my TMJ disorder that had me in tears. She was walking down the hallway, but turned around swiftly, and dropped everything she was doing to come see what was wrong with me. She instantly went into action to take care of me. On top of my medication, she provided hot compresses, lidocaine patches, and cream to subdue the pain. After she got me settled, my doctor, the wound care team, and the Chaplain came in to take care of me as well. I really don't have an appetite, but every day she makes sure that I'm eating to get the proper nourishment. Thank you, VA, for hiring someone who works tirelessly, diligently, and truly cares about giving high-quality care to her patients. Nurse Bah gives me hope and great words of encouragement to get through each day while I'm here. Overall, I'm truly grateful to have a Nurse like her who goes above and beyond the call of duty to take care of her patients.
