Her words at that difficult time were like balm to my heart.
I would like to thank Ms. Zainab, the nurse in charge of the emergency room. We attended the emergency room because of my husband, may God have mercy on him, suffered a sudden brain hemorrhage. His condition was rapidly deteriorating. Sister Zainab was with the nurses and supervised the care provided to my husband. She stood with the Saudi nurse and reviewed the medications and IVs with her and made sure that all the care that was provided was correct. She was the only one of the medical staff who cared about explaining my husband’s condition accurately and what would happen to him and calmed my fear and the terror of my daughter and my husband’s brother. The doctors did not bother to explain, even when they took my husband for an emergency operation, she took us to the operation room and told us what would happen until the end of the operation. Her words at that difficult time were like balm to my heart - I hope all Saudi nurses follow the example of this dedicated nurse in science and morals. Despite the death of my husband, may God have mercy on him, the sister's position remains in my mind and I want to thank her, and God will reward her with the best reward. Whoever does not thank people does not thank God, and I would like to thank the emergency and operations nurses and the intensive care departments - Surgical ICU for their care for us in the most difficult circumstances of our lives.
