Zakayo Black Masereka, RN

Zakayo Black Masereka has served as a nurse and mentor for nurses both in wards and nurse training school settings. He has promoted professional development through research and has enhanced continuous medical education among nurses and midwives. He has also served in various capacities like vice President, general secretary, and currently secretary of research and documentation in the leadership of Uganda nurses and midwives union which is a professional and labour organization. He has a passion for professional growth and has encouraged young nurses to adhere to a professional code of conduct. He is a role model and exhibits a high level of professionalism in the training of nurses and midwives and promotes teamwork in service delivery.
