My wife was very ill, and I was with her throughout the day. As I watched Zandra, who was taking care of my wife, I observed that she was managing my wife’s care with great attention and focus. I noticed that this nurse did not leave my wife until her condition stabilized. She made herself always available and went above and beyond to reassure my wife and me about the totally challenging situation. She was quick and very professional in all her communication. She was a true inspiration for her provision of care.
