Zavery, you always have a welcoming smile and a way that allows me to be calmer and more comfortable. When you overheard me getting upset about waiting for over an hour for my nurse to give me an answer, the nurse went on break, I became very frustrated and went to my room frustrated.
You came and sat with me until my nurse came back. I felt cared for, understood, and respected. You didn't know how bad I was, but you helped me to calm down and changed my mood to a positive one. I just want to say thank you!
