We would like to recognize the outstanding care and compassion that Zayne showed while caring for my father during his hospital stay. What stood out the most was that he treated both my father and our family like people, not just another patient and another room on his schedule.

It's common in a hospital for care to become routine, with staff coming in to complete tasks, ask standard questions, and move on. Zayne was completely different. He took the time to interact with my father and our family, making genuine conversation and helping us feel seen and cared for. He found common ground with us, which created a personal connection that meant more than he probably realized. During such stressful and emotional times, those small moments of kindness made a huge difference.

Zayne also communicated everything he was doing and explained each step of my father's care, so we always understood what was happening. His professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail were exceptional.

Most importantly, we could tell that he truly cares about people—not just patients. That kind of heart can't be taught, and it made all the difference in our experience. The hospital is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Zayne on its team. We need a thousand more nurses like him.

Thank you, Zayne, for the phenomenal care you provided to my father and for treating our family with such kindness, respect, and compassion. We will never forget it.
