Zeinab Oyetunji was especially attentive to my request. All the nurses I had were great, but Zeinab went above and beyond. I told her I had a persistent headache; she called the physician immediately and administered medication immediately. I told her I forgot the names of the procedure I was to have; she wrote it on a sheet of paper, spelled it out, and explained it to me.
After the procedure was completed and I was greatly improved; I asked her if she could call the doctor so I could be discharged today. She was prompt, effective, efficient, and empathetic.
I very much felt heard by her and she was always caring. Thank you, Zeinab, for caring for me. You are a great asset to your unit, your hospital, your profession, and humanity!
