My brother was in the Emergency Room for 20 hours, and then the ICU. When he arrived on the 5th floor, Zema was extremely compassionate. She had us for 5 minutes and got right to it. My brother is finally sleeping & comfortable after 40 hours. Zema goes above & beyond. I have total confidence in her. She is amazing.
