Zena was very patient, informative, and she was willing to make our stay and medical experience the best. Not only did she take care of my husband and me as our assigned nurse, but also checking on us when she was assigned to someone else. Zena really seemed to care about my comfort and wellbeing. She went out of her way to care for me. She came in and did what no one else did. She is a dedicated, committed and professional nurse! She exhibits all the attributes a nurse should have. She was personable, she listened, and she heard. She acted quickly and handled any issue, every time, with great care and compassion.
