I am a fifty-two-year-old patient admitted to TMH for a double mastectomy due to cancer. Ms. Zenaida Felix provided excellent service to me during my stay at TMH. She ensured that I understood what medications I was receiving, explained what the medications were for, answered all my questions, and fully explained all my discharge plans. Ms. Felix even got me another cup of coffee when I said the first cup was small. She also asked me numerous times if I needed anything. She took time to explain how to empty my drains properly and even assisted me with my clothing garments when I was having a difficult time due to my neuropathy. To sum it all up, she was an excellent nurse to me, and I felt like she cared about my well-being.
