Zenaida has been a nurse here at TCRHCC for over 10 years and during that time she has touched the lives of many patients. There are many stories that can clearly demonstrate how she has made a meaningful difference in the lives of many mothers and newborns. It could be time where she spent many hours assisting a laboring mom or providing one on one care to a sick newborn in the nursery, these instances are many. Her name often comes up when talking with new mothers about their experiences here at TCRHCC. They describe her as being knowledgeable, gentle and caring. This caring nature extends beyond the care she provides to her patients. Zenaida volunteers many hours of her own time to fundraise for the gift packs that are distributed to couplets during the holidays and to newborns in need of clothes to go home in. The years she has contributed to the community has made a meaningful difference in the lives of many patients.
