The patient's wife states the treatment and care that patient received is above and beyond what he received in the past. Ian has compassion for patient's illness. Ian made patient feel as if he is still a person that can have a life that is worth living even if he has many problems to overcome. Ian made patient feel like he can still be an asset to his family. The care and follow up Ian did making sure patient is comfortable is above normal. Wife said that she understands Ian's feelings and wanting to do everything possible for patient comes from his heart and the love he has for his patients is real.
