Zi Ra had a total of 55 patient nominations over a period of roughly 3 months! Her award is well deserved for showing her caring friendly manner. One example of nomination: I would like to thank Zi Ra for her kindness, her positivity and complete care throughout today. I was feeling nervous about the surgery but she kept me calm and her reassurance was invaluable. I felt very lucky to have the care of such a generous warm nurse today. Thank you so much Zi Ra.
