Zina has been my nurse for several weeks. She always remembers my name, always smiles and demonstrates passion and compassion while working with me one on one. She is passionate about making sure all my questions are answered, about my understanding of the information she gathers for me. She is compassionate when she gets me the information I have requested. She gets an answer for me, then will go back to the source to meet my needs of understanding. She demonstrates empathy for patient frustrations. She is always kind, patient and happy to help. She gives complete answers to questions even if she has to take more time to explain everything to you. Zina also displays trust and will offer more information than the doctor does. She is genuinely glad to be of help. She is a happy and uplifting person. She is a joy to be around. She displays love by always giving hugs, even when she is busy. But she is hardly ever late in seeing her next patient. Her selflessness was demonstrated by her helping me to an appointment on her lunch break. Not only did she take me to my appointment, she talked so kindly to me the whole way there. She is never too busy for her patients and I greatly thank Zina for her patience and professionalism. She always goes above and beyond her job title. She is the best of nursing.

Nurse Zina has been a godsend for me. I have spinal problems that leave me bedridden for days at a time. It has led me to gain over 70 pounds and affected all aspects of my life, including my mental state.
Nurse Zina has always been so empathetic to my situation. When I would come in without an appointment in terrible pain, she would be the first to check on me. She always listens to me intently and I always feel she really cares about me and my well-being.
She has always gone above and beyond for me, even in their busiest of days. She has helped maintain my mental stability in times of depression. She relates to my problems and connects with me as more than just a patient. She is so passionate about helping, she never fails to make me feel better in the darkest of my visits. She gives me hope for my condition to get better. Nurse Zina is an amazing nurse and person.
