I had a wonderful experience with Zina today. I came here in 2023, and she took care of me then. I was happy to see her again. She remembered me and details about my life. We had a great conversation about work, family, and dialysis. She is very knowledgeable and provided good education on how to take care of my buttonhole access. I love coming to dialysis at Queen’s. It’s always a relaxing experience for me. I feel at home and part of Queen’s dialysis family.
