I came in for pre-admit for outpatient surgery. I had compression fractures and was in severe pain. It was an ordeal checking in downstairs and making it up to the 2nd floor. Zita was very sympathetic to my obvious pain. She was very patient with me as we did the paperwork. My thinking wasn't at it's best. When it came time for me to go to the lab, she insisted on taking me. She wheeled me to the lab and stayed with me during the wait then took me downstairs and waited until my driver came to the front loading area. She assisted me into our vehicle with a smile on her face. I felt very cared for and cared about. She is a jewel.
