I had a premature delivery last week due to pre-eclampsia. After moving to postpartum, I was experiencing extreme headaches. While caring for me, Ms. Zoe was extremely patient, actively listened, and offered valuable solutions to my problem. After hearing the complications I was experiencing, she offered her advice that I may be suffering from an epidural puncture. After googling the symptoms and reflecting on the procedure itself, I knew with certainty that this was what had occurred. Ms. Zoe communicated my concerns to the incoming nursing staff and physicians, who consulted with anesthesia to provide a blood patch. This provided instantaneous relief, and I was so thankful for her valuable insight. Her bedside manner, commitment to patient care, and knowledge of her chosen profession enabled her to resolve such a physically and emotionally challenging situation.
