Zoe, well what can I say... she is fantastic! She has been a life saver to me and my family. Let me tell you a little about me... This is the longest I have ever been away from home in 31yrs, I'm a homebird, with traditional yet modern values, I’ve been with my husband since I was 17yrs old, I don't go anywhere without my husband, sons, and dog so I was missing home. Anyway, I had a bit of a breakdown one night, ordinarily, I am very positive, but all that was happening got to me and out of the blue I had tears flowing. I was missing home and my little dog (Rufus). Zoe just did her thing, listened, and said, "Well come on we can sort this out. Why not get a member of your family to collect you in a wheelchair and take you downstairs and outside as you no longer have a heart monitor on, that way you could get fresh air, then if other members of your family were then to be at the front and bring your dog, you could see him!" Well, that was it, I couldn't believe it, I would never have thought of doing anything like this! So, we arranged this for the next day, and this made me so happy. I could see Rufus, my Cavalier King Charles, fur baby and feel his fur and see his big brown eyes. Something I never thought possible, but Zoe made me see it could be done. Her positive friendly, caring, charismatic attitude, even while racing around looking after all the patients still finds time to make you feel like the only person she is concerned about at that time of day. ZOE GOOD - Thank You - you deserve this nomination and more. People truly see you as "A HERO" that's how me and my family class you. Thank you.

Thank you, Zoe, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
