When Zoe is in charge, I know that things will run smoothly and that patients will get excellent care. She is a critical thinker, works out issues and problem solves without any help. She always works with the other RNs who appreciate her being there. She never complains about anything and really keeps the patients and the staff at the forefront during a very trying time. She truly demonstrates great leadership skills as the Charge Nurse. Zoe is truly an amazing nurse.
