Zoe provided extraordinary care and compassion during one of the most difficult experiences of my life. After learning that our baby no longer had a heartbeat, I had to undergo a sensitive procedure that was both emotionally and physically overwhelming. From the moment Zoe entered the procedure room, she showed incredible kindness, patience, and empathy.

I was extremely scared and anxious throughout the process, but Zoe’s calm presence and reassuring manner brought me comfort when I needed it most. She took the time to explain what was happening, checked in with me often, and treated me with such gentleness and respect. Being in the procedure room without my spouse or any family, she stepped in to fill that missing person for me, above her medical duties! Her compassion made an unbearable situation more manageable, and I truly believe that her support allowed me to get through the experience with a sense of peace and dignity.

Zoe made a meaningful difference in my care and in my healing. I will always be grateful for the way she cared for me during such a painful time. She exemplifies what it means to be a nurse—skilled, compassionate, and deeply human.

I cannot thank her enough. I know that I am only one patient, but to know that she treats all patients this way should be recognized.
