Zoe Smith 2023, BSN, RN, CPN

Zoe consistently demonstrates excellence in her work regardless of what role she is in. She handles stressful situations well and with an admirable attitude. An example of this was a week in March when Zoe was charge nurse on night shift, and everything that could happen did. This included an emergency at the beginning of the shift, numerous admissions, several people being started on mag., and another near emergency. As always, Zoe handled every situation that came up with poise.

Zoe is also always striving to help educate others and herself. She is able to help create a fun and comfortable working environment that encourages teamwork. I have so much respect for Zoe, and I admire her. I am proud to call her my colleague.
