Being a first-time parent, I was very overwhelmed with the thought of breastfeeding and not being able to supply my baby with what she needed. Before having the consultation, I felt like I wasn’t producing as I delivered three weeks early. Zohra was in the room for less than 10 minutes and already made me feel like a superhero. She showed all the ways that proved I was, in fact, giving my baby everything she needed and more. Breastfeeding was very important to my husband and me and she took our overwhelmed feelings and turned them around in an instant. By far, it is one of my favorite experiences while here in the hospital. She even saw us on a day she isn’t usually scheduled.

My wife and I were filled with uncertainty regarding the diet and nutrition our newborn daughter was getting. We were scared about continuity, amounts, and production. The first ten seconds that Zohra was in our room washed away every fear and doubt in our minds! My wife instantly was beaming with confidence and relief as Zohra gently and cheerfully explained every lactation process for the first six weeks and beyond of our new daughter’s life. We are so thankful that Zohra has given us the tools, knowledge, and confidence to give our baby the nourishment she needs!
